National security experts and U.S. intelligence chiefs are warning that America's enemies have cyberwarfare tools so powerful they can shut down the nation's water and power utility operations.

"Cyberwarfare is a good way for America's adversaries to undermine our democracy and security cheaply and without going to war and without detection," Fred Fleitz, president and CEO of the Center for Security Policy in Washington, tells questsin in an exclusive interview.
